ANALISIS INSTRUMEN EVALUASI PROSES PELAKSANAAN LAYANAN BIMBINGAN KONSELING DI SMA NEGERI KOTA PASIR PENGARAIAN
Abstract
Evaluation of guidance and counselling services is a form of ukuntabilitas BK teacher in running the basic tasks and functions, then the teacher evaluation to do BK need a reliable instrument/tool in assessing the implementation of the guidance and counselling services are provided to students. Menecrmati the need for the instrument then the writer did some research to answer: 1. What are the conditions of implementation) evaluation process the Ministry of guidance and counseling. 2.) describes how factual evaluation instrument conditions the process used by BK at school. To answer this research researchers using qualitative methods with the use of descriptive research design, and the object of this research is the process of evaluation instruments the implementation of guidance and counseling in high school in the city of Sand Pengaraian. This research seeks to contribute to new knowledge about the condition of the middle there is factual about the instruments used by the teacher's guidance and counselling at school when conducting the evaluation, and give the solution how to compose an instrument that suits the needs of teacher guidance and counselling in schools. The results of the research undertaken researchers then found that teacher guidance and counselling in schools has been carrying out the evaluation of the implementation of the service in all schools and a description of the instruments used or factually 'less worthy' is used to be used in assessing the process of the implementation of guidance and counselling services in schools
